OUR VISION
Truth & Vision is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving lives across Northeast Ohio by providing essential resources for health, wellness, job training, and placement. Through partnerships with local businesses, trade unions, and community leaders, we aim to reduce employee turnover and offer training opportunities for young entrepreneurs, individuals with developmental disabilities, ex-offenders, and seniors. Our programs emphasize the importance of S.T.E.A.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics), equipping participants with critical skills for today's workforce. Our five-step employment curriculum focuses on promptness, independent thinking, and specific skill training. We also offer social support for those aging out of foster care and individuals facing mental health or substance abuse challenges. At our core, we are driven by a passion for helping others, guided by faith, and committed to listening to and addressing community needs.
